Refund Policy

We ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all our services. However, the refund policy is available to accommodate the customers' concerns. All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

We will gladly refund if refund request received within three months from the date of services after deducting service charges plus cost of digital services from the total paid amount. Digital services are Logo, Website, Brochure, Catalogue, Stationary, Animated Video, Social Media Management, SEM, SEO
Refund request will not be considered either sample or bulk order has taken place via 7 COLOR IMPORT INC.
Refund Request will not be considered if you have posted any negative comment(s) at any business or social portal/platforms about 7 COLOR IMPORT INC at any capacity.
All refund requests should be communicated to the customer care department amylingcollection@gmail.com based upon the violation of user agreement, company reserves the right to approve/disapprove any request on an individual case to case basis.

Timely response required from supplier to buyers.
Keep consultant/KAM in loop while communicating with buyers.
Proper Website & Catalog (Specs, dimensions and all other essential details) required.
Product shouldn’t be outdated.
Product should have standard certifications required for export and specific Target Markets.
Entertain sample orders because most of the buyers place trial order before placing the Big Order in order to check the quality and trust factor.
